Galatasaray, with his great coach, continued to win, and they had right to play an Uefa Cup Final with Arsenal. Galatasaray also beat the Arsenal, although they played with 10 players for 30 minutes after Hagi sent out, with penalty shoot-out (4-1), and Galatasaray won the Uefa Cup. It was the first time that a Turkish team had won this cup, and this was the success of Fatih Terim.
